1. Booking and Payment

1.1. 1.1. All bookings must be paid before the tour. Customers can choose to pay either immediately at the time of booking or upon arrival, but we recommend paying at the time of booking.

1.2 Sightseeing-tours are free for VAT.
Food and drinks has 15% VAT.

Experiences like Sauna has 25% VAT.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

2.1. Customers can cancel up to 3 days before the tour.
2.2. In case of cancellation, the amount will be fully refunded.
2.3. If the tour has to be canceled due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.

2.4. We are a member of the Travel Guarantee Fund, ensuring that the amount paid for your boat tour ticket will be refunded under all circumstances, including in the event of bankruptcy.

3. Safety and Liability

3.1. There are no specific requirements for participants, but the tour is not adapted for people with mobility impairments.
3.2. We provide safety equipment, including life jackets, a radio transmitter, a lifebuoy, and a fire extinguisher.
3.3. Participation is at your own risk. We have first aid equipment on board and will provide necessary first aid if needed. In case of injury or illness, we will ensure transport to land and contact an ambulance if required.

3.4. Licensed Skipper D5L-certificate: Authorized to navigate boats up to 24 meters and with a maximum of 12 passengers

4. Safety, Insurance, and Liability

4.1. We provide liability insurance that covers any damage to third parties or property during the tour. The boat owner holds comprehensive hull insurance (kasko) to cover potential damage to the vessel, and the skipper maintains personal insurance for accidents onboard.

4.2. It is a requirement that all guests have valid travel insurance that covers personal injury, loss, or illness during the tour. Customers must provide proof of valid travel insurance upon request.

4.3. We are a member of the Norwegian Travel Guarantee Fund, ensuring that your payment for the boat tour ticket is protected and refunded under all circumstances, including in the event of bankruptcy.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1. We collect the following personal information at the time of booking: name, email, and phone number. Customers may also voluntarily provide their age and preferred language.
5.2. The information is used solely to manage bookings and communicate with the customer. The data is not shared with third parties.

6. Infant Policy

6.1 Motorboat: Please inform us if you plan to bring a small child. The child can sit on your lap.

6.2 Sailboat: It is not recommended to bring children under 5 years old.

7. Food Service and Safety

We are a registered food business with the Norwegian Food Safety Authority (Mattilsynet), which permits us to prepare and sell food. We adhere to strict food handling procedures and have established control routines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
